Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide within Ghana. International shipping is available to the UK, USA, and select West African countries. We plan to expand to more regions soon.

Shipping Rates

Local Shipping (Ghana):

  • Flat rate of ₵50 for orders below ₵1000.
  • Free delivery on all orders of ₵1000 or more.

International Shipping:

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Local Delivery (Ghana): Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
  • International Delivery: Estimated 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

In-Store Pickup

If you prefer to collect your order in person, select “Pickup” at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready at our designated location.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through our shipping partner’s website.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or appears lost, please contact us at info@nkoala.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in additional shipping fees.
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
